    Pros

    Senior leaderships have good intentions. Somewhat flexible to chose what available project you want to work within the studio. Great facilities and benefits.

    Cons

    Lots of mid level veteran position who are obsolete and not willing to adapt to change. Unfortunately senior leaderships tend to listen toward these old timers. Compensation is poor compared with other studios. Long hours.
