    I have been working at EY full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    There are a few good people but just a handful.

    Cons

    They pay the least out of the big 4;
    The partners lie, i.e. they can't deliver what they promised on when I was interviewed;
    HR specifically told me that "they get the work and I just have to do it"

    Advice to Management

    Fire your HR staff due to poor service;
    Re-evaluate and audit your senior management including partners on their "teaming" skills

    I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good work culture. EY has summer hours in the summer and you can wear jeans in the office everyday as long as you dont have to go to the client

    Cons

    Pay is below other firms. The top management should focus more and pay higher salaries to attract and retain top talent.
