    I worked at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - work with different teams in different countries
    - the willingness to survive pushes you to perform better
    - brand name on your resume
    - great people

    Cons

    - Few partners are arrogant
    - Too much politics
    - Brown nosing all the time to get promoted
    - Over time
    - No work life balance
    - You get dragged and are treated horribly by your Partners
    - Work on the weekends and can be called at odd hours to go to office
    - No appreciation
    - Lack of training opportunities

    Advice to Management

    I have none. No one cares about this part. Everyone is after their fat pay cheque.

    Brand name on resume, many opportunities

    Cons

    Long hours, no work life balance, no appreciation for your hardwork, do not consider what employees want ie during downtime (non busy season) tax staff are being assigned to other department to improve hours utilization regardless if they like it or not.
    Annual performance not transparent, all depend on who stands to represent and help you, if you are on your own? good luck. There are so many...

    Utilization is important but employees satisfaction is also important which in turns will help boosting good quality and utilization.

    Large organization with lots of opportunities and benefits

    Cons

    Was laid off upon my return from maternity leave. Was only told two weeks prior to starting.

    Advice to Management

    Should be more upfront to have honest conversations in a timely manner. It affects people's lives.
