Good pay. Expectations were clear. Learned new skills from dealing with project management processes. Was using Excel very frequently and I am much more fluent with it now.

Macho culture. Often didn't have clear expectations on what needed to get done. Seemed pretty unorganized. Very tedious tasks. Parking lot is pretty sketchy.

Management doesn't know weather it's coming or going. You got 12 different bosses who all tell you something different. It's not all management fault as there seems to be alot of workers who don't care about putting any pride in their work only care about a paycheck. It's good money but a very depressing place to work
