The 9/80 work schedule is nice.
Cons
If you are a female looking at a possible job with EQT, I urge you strongly to reconsider. I am a female who has worked for this company for a decade +. Due to personal restrictions, I am unable to leave this job at current, though I desperately wish I could. This company is not one I would recommend to any female looking to advance their career. The nepotism and sexism I've experienced at this company is both mind-boggling yet unsurprising. There have been countless times over my decade with this company where I have been the only female in a meeting. There have been countless times over my decade with this company that I have been talked over and/or ignored by a male coworker. I have seen other male coworkers in my department promoted faster than me, even though I receive glowing quarterly reviews. When asked why I wasn't given a promotion, my male supervisors and bosses are usually vague. It wasn't always like this at EQT. There was a period of time about 5-7 years ago where there was a broad push throughout the company for more diversity, especially at upper levels of management. In my opinion, it had a broad but successful reach to try to allow other voices to shine through in the workplace. However, since the new management has come in around 2018 this notion to include more diverse voices seems to have been shelved. If you need proof, simply look at the company website and the people running EQT. With one - ONE! - exception they are all white males. There's a lot that other comments say about EQT on Glassdoor that are both good and bad. I could touch on a lot of it, since I've been here so long. Most of what is written on this site is true (especially the negative reviews). But I wanted to lend a voice to the lack of diversity in this company, because any prospective employees need to be forewarned - if you are not a white male, you will not find success here. I hope to be able to leave this company soon, so that I can have serious discussions with HR about what I've experienced through my career here. Until then, I can only hope that this message serves as a strong warning to anyone who doesn't fit the cookie-cutter EQT mold.

Pros
9/80 schedule, we are full time WFH.
Cons
Upper management is clueless to the day-to-day operations going on at this company. We are told to make due with longer hours, less help, and reduced pay. It's insulting. A key company value is #Trust, but other than those who are looking to brown nose their way into promotions, trust has been lost between the employees and management.
