      Pros

      I was born into this industry, and I know trucking. If you want miles, great pay, no downtime, and you ain't a rookie cry baby, this company is where you belong.

      Cons

      There is no " cons" per se. Simple deal:" We expect point A to point B, don't be late, and give us no excuses.

      70mph trucks, runs avg over 1000 miles, decent hometime

      Some people a bit hard to swallow, seniority based system

      We focus on promoting within the company, so functional managers are also some of the senior staff members. This means that mangers have years of experience with Dynamic and have great personal relationships within.

      Good pay and equipment, but long hours and risks

      Nice equipment, good pay, not a lot of micromanagement, good miles, some good contracts, access to owners, owners are former drivers

      Cons

      never getting home on time, very few fuel stops, teams run I80 almost exclusively, will run your clock out, requiring a 34 almost every week, can be at risk of being overweight
