    Pros

    Good work/life balance, sometimes good benefits

    Cons

    Bad leadership, wrong strategies and fake wellness. In 10 year has not accomplish the results expected and at the end the guilty were the employees. There is not enough people to complete the work required, but your can be sure that the cuts will come.

    I worked at DuPont

    Pros

    One of the most ethical, supportive and respectable companies in the world. Offers several job opportunities and international exposure. Colleagues are friendly and colaborative. Product pipeline, investments on new technologies and markets are remarkable. Benchmark on safety standards and processes.

    Cons

    Very poor HR with different practices applied to same level of employees. Variable compensation is not a strong point. Low investment on employees` professional development.
