      Pros

Fast-paced environment, driven employees, excellent opportunities to get experience in multiple segments of engineering product development

      Cons

Pay could be better, almost too big a company to have a good overall culture (although culture within design teams/groups was very good)

      Pros

Challenging fast paced, constantly meeting new people, traveling to other countries, trouble shooting problems, and the responsibilities of extremely high dollar commodities

      Cons

Sometimes stressful, oftentimes feeling without incentive. Sometimes of the year becomes monotonous and yet it ends and you realize it's the name of the game and you get through it. Then you realize that the teamwork has been there but you've all been in the same place, just pushing each other along, and you've made it through another year.

      Pros

Fast paced work environment. Challenging at times. Some opportunities to receive work skills training outside of the company and to broaden knowledge of the RV industry.

      Cons

Chaotic, unrealistic goals and objectives and project deadlines pushed down from mindless managers, directors, and VPs. No project managers to keep teams on track, marketing on task, upper management out of the way so others could get things done. Internal training ignored entirely. Management preferred fragmented work environment rather than team building. HR and key management blind to nepotism, hostile work environment, and unethical, self-promoting middle managers.
