Pros
You have the opportunity to make a real impact, and to grow your career here - regardless of what level you're at now. As a Canadian employee, benefits and salary are competitive for similar tech roles, with considerable upside opportunity for growth.
Cons
Still a relatively young company, and there are some growing pains as we continue to expand, including needed maturity of processes, increasing global perspectives and employee engagement outside of main office hubs / locations. As a whole, we need to get better at engaging with a global workforce. These are normal maturation steps, and ones that are clearly being considered and acted upon.
Advice to Management
Consider your growing global workforce. Look for ways to tap into employee capabilities & contributions from all regions and locations, and force teams to challenge the status quo of overly relying on in-person collaboration in SF and Seattle.

Pros
DocuSign has been a great place to work, with a fast-paced environment that rewards individuals who take initiative. There are lots of opportunities to take on new responsibility, or setup the foundation for new areas of process and progress for the company.
Cons
The company is growing so fast that priorities change quickly, which takes personalities that are open and adaptable.

Pros
Customer Focus is key. People are collaborative, supportive, very little politics. Product is outstanding and results in very few customer sat issues. Strong compensation package.
Cons
Very few, benefits are getting better. 401k matching happened in last 12 months, medical benefits could improve some, especially for non-HQ employees

Pros
Here is why I love working here: 1. Tremendous flexibility - I am a fully time working mom of 2 in a dual income household. Flexibility is SO incredibly important to me and I have never experienced as much flexibility AND support in my 14+ year career. 2. Trust is a two-way street: I trust my leadership and know that my leadership trusts me. It's built overtime and reinforced by small moments on a weekly basis.... I'm trusted to do my job and trust that I am supported, encouraged and valued. 3. The people I get to work with - when you work people from all walks of life you grow in a way that is truly unique. I'm incredibly thankful for the people I collaborate with daily. I partner with employees at every level, in every function and could not be more proud of the work we do together. 4. Purpose driven organization that does the right thing - I've been here almost 2 years and since I've joined I've seen time and time again of us doing the right thing. We have a purpose driven mission around sustainability across our product, our people and our community to reduce our impact on the environment. We put our money where our mouth is there. We also have a dedicated team focused on inclusion and diversity that have made tremendous strides in getting us where we need to do - while we still have work to do there is support and intention behind our efforts.

Before I go into this I will say...If you are looking for a perfect company you will never find it. Companies are made up of humans and humans are flawed so no experience or role will ever be 100% perfect. Most of these cons are being worked on and as a business we have to be smart about how we execute, however, I'd love to see a faster pace of improvement: 1. Employee communication & recognition. There seems... to be a resistance to "fluffy" efforts, however, I see a slight disconnect between what employees love and want and what leadership in HR thinks. 2. Transparency on diversity - I'd love to see us take a more direct and open approach to sharing our data and being more courageous and forward thinking as SO many other companies have done. That said, I don't think this action makes us necessarily better in this area, however, it sets a tone. 3. Leadership development - what we do have is amazing I just wish we had more.... who doesn't though.

1. Continue to put all people first and do what's right, while also listening to the voices who are under-represented. They may not be the loudest but they matter just as much. 2. Give the Seattle office the same love as the SF office in terms of meeting space, etc.. the EBC in SF is amazing - can we have something similar...pretty please?!

Pros
I've been here a year and it's the best move I've made. The product is undeniably amazing and they continue to find ways to make it better and cater to the customers needs. Leadership takes the time to hear you and get in the trenches with you as a team. If you don't understand what the Work of your Life is, they'll sit down and help you thought it. The people, culture and over-all values are spot on and based... on that, I would retire here.
