We have always done it this way mentality. Good leadership is stifled by the higher leadership. MICROMANAGEMENT.

Allow your instructors and assistants to do their jobs. If they meet the legal requirements, let them use their methods. They are professionals. It's actually why you hired them.

This is a vocational school that cares about it's students. Faculty and staff know the students by name and work hard to make sure students are succeeding. Great job placement for students after as well.
Cons
There will be stressful days, weeks and sometimes months. Get ready to deal with government compliance issues.

Keep focusing on the students and keep up the great work.
