Management is blind to most problems, and will bully and threaten anyone that tries to bring concerns forward. High staff turnover rate. Prefer to hire from outside than use the knowledgeable staff they have

Pros
Some really nice people work there.
Cons
Worked in IT. Projects are mismanaged and way over budget. Results in projects being cancelled due to overspending. This is tax payers dollars that are being spent. Management likes to point fingers and blame staff, when in actuality they need to look at their own poor decisions. The IT department runs on old, outdated applications and networks. Salary is lower than other districts in Victoria.
