I have been working at Disneyland Resort part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The legacy of the brand, the reasons Walt originally created the park, memories that are unique to everyone all create an amazing experience, especially if you are a Disney buff. If you enjoy helping others have a great day or you really like to talk to people this is the job for you.

    Cons

Low pay, opportunities for growth and development plateau at a certain point. The company has become hyper focused on revenues instead of the guest or employee experiences.
