I worked at Disneyland Resort full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Pay is $25/hour if you're an engineering intern, and more if you're in grad school. Lots of cool perks . . . free admission to the park, access to discounted merchandise, and intern events.

    Cons

It is very hard to get hired right after the internship. Most people have to leave and then return . . . or work as a contractor first.

I have been working at Disneyland Resort part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Amazing coworkers that make the work a bit more manageable. Free admission into the Disneyland parks. You may also bring up to three guests each time you visit, a maximum of 16 times per year. 20% discount on 99.9% of food and merchandise throughout the parks, including Downtown Disney. INCLUDES FREE PARKING!

    Cons

The lack of hours part time workers get. You must join a union, (Local 50), that is unable to negotiate with Disney to increase employee salaries, even after promising their members increased salaries months ago.
