I have been working at Disneyland Resort part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Getting into the park free, fun environment

    Cons

The commute. You have to arrive early to take a shuttle, and need to account for the time it takes to walk to your area. Plus you need to leave home even earlier because there will be traffic most of the time. It's absolutely not worth it if you're doing grunt work.

I have been working at Disneyland Resort part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Sign ins are always good, cast members are cool too.

    Cons

Cast members are always looking to find something else to do on the side. They don't pay enough or give enough hours to make a living wage. You spend more time calling in for available shifts then working. It really is all about who you know and how much you want to deal with if you want to survive working there.

I worked at Disneyland Resort part-time for less than a year

    Pros

NONE—please DO NOT work here. I quit within after 3 weeks of hell.

    Cons

I took this job bc I was desperate and had heard good things about working at Disneyland. There are roles that do pay well and do treat you well, but pizza port was NOT one of them. Shuttle system is messed up, and will make you super late. You have to get there super early to be on time to shifts so you waste a lot of time. Managers at Pizza Port in Tomrrowland were unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. They are all like 30 and work in kitchen. I only got paid minimum wage but was forced to do so much work! Constantly came home covered in sweat and super tired. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT accept the food prep job at pizza port.

    Cons

Low pay and union dues for a union that doesn't seem to be doing much.

I have been working at Disneyland Resort part-time

    Pros

Coworkers are some of the best people you'll meet. They're friendly and most of them encourage you to do your best. Disney Perks are also good. The Main Entrance Pass has a lot of blocked out dates during peak seasons, which sucks, but it's mosy open other times.

    Cons

Management is super unorganized. The pay sucks for the amount of work you do. You'll most likely be extended to a 12 hour shift if someone calls out. And the less seniority you have the less hours you'll get.
