I have been working at Disneyland Resort part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Aside from getting into the parks for free you can also bring in up to three friend and family members 16 times per year. I also love that they recognize your achievements. They have random cast appreciation weeks where they give you free food and awesome photo opportunities.

    Cons

You will not get a holiday off until you've been there for a few years. You will also work in harsh conditions (extreme heat and rain).

I worked at Disneyland Resort part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

This is a fun job. Great people to work with. You get to visit the park for free with friends/family. The best customer service experience you'll ever get.

    Cons

You will encounter a rude guest from time to time (you MUST have a thick skin). Long, inconvenient hours. Poor management.

I worked at Disneyland Resort full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great working environment, fantastic benefits, wonderful people, lots of room for advancement. When they say in training we work but we play hard they meant it. Working hours can be long depending on which department you are in, but the benefits are great. Free entry into the parks, discounts on merchandise, and other Disney experiences.

    Cons

Some managers have a chip on their shoulder because they didn't get the position you want. It can also be difficult to move up in the company. Higher ups have high expectations because they have a large amount of turn over and can choose from nearly anyone.
