    I worked at Disney Parks

    Pros

Incredible experience for a first real job. It was great to work for a company I admire so much.

    Cons

Long hours and late nights- got very tiring after a while. Also, difficult experiences with full and part-time staff who are sometimes resentful towards interns for the amount of hours they receive (because of different work regulations and pay scales)

    Pros

The perks are absolutely outstanding. My management team was also fantastic. Very easy to approach, and wanting to make sure that you're comfortable and happy.

    Cons

Really long hours. 14 hour shifts during peak seasons. Pay is less than stellar. You're usually scrambling to make ends meet every week.
