Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Devon Energy
Pros
Great Benefits, including vacation, flex time, RRSP matching, benefits, employee-only gym in building. Many great people (team members).
Cons
Top heavy management and not enough people to do actual work. Lack of training. IT is too process heavy. Continuous change without enough time to get traction. Cross border teams with a single member in a different location don't function well - that single person doesn't feel included in the full team.
