They do not like to pay at all. if you make more than others they will seek to replace you with another person they can pay lower very quickly. They expect you to work the 1st day with 0 training which is impossible no matter how much experience you have. If your hired at a high wage expect this job to be temporary and seek employment elsewhere which a more serious company looking to keep people and not replace them to save a few bucks. Stay Away unless you would like to work here for 3-5 weeks as a temp employee until your replacement arrives. Oh and don't ask for more money after a year or two otherwise you could be fired like the other employee's they didn't expect that result unfortunately. This place is very quick to get rid of people and have other interviews lined up before they kick you to the curb only to benefit themselves not you with little explanation and no chance to explain or improve. If you're really looking to stay with this company, then get hired for the lowest wage possible to stay on their good side and not get replaced for someone that can do it for cheaper.
