The company, atmosphere and climate are exactly what you are looking for in an employer: flat hierarchies, everybody's opinion is welcomed (and actually asked) and there is no day where you don't learn anything new. A lot of intelligent people where you can learn from and improve your skills. Dept pays a lot of attention to personal development to make sure you become the best version of yourself. A really really... nice place to work.

Cons

While the company is really international, the employees still need some time to adjust and think internationally, which can mainly be experienced through language (a lot of Dutch communication, talks, etc.)

As we don't have a global footprint yet, we might not have an office close to you. The good news; that might change in the near future.

Pros

Dept's commitment to fostering a productive and creative environment is palpable. It's a place where you have to be proactive, but if you do so, the sky's the limit and you'll get the support you need to achieve your goals and ambitions. Strong office culture, great projects.

Cons

You can really run yourself ragged here, so it's important to guard your boundaries.

Advice to Management

Employee wellness is a focus area this year. I'd suggest really digging into it.

Pros

Really nice open culture. Young people with enormous drive to deliver best work in our field. We work on top end solutions and there's a lot of room for personal development.

There's a bar in the office, ping pong, free fruit & snacks and the office is designed by inhouse architects :)
