    Pros

Great company, pays well, and bonus every year - dynamic, and always changing

    Cons

Deadlines from head office - During month end there will be long hours and could get stressful

    Advice to Management

hire more creative people, not just people

I have been working at Deluxe Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with. The downtown location with direct access to the metro is super convenient. Very interesting and exciting industry.

    Cons

Salaries are low compare to competitors and many employees have to do overtime so work life balance is somewhat of an issue

    Advice to Management

Allow work from home when possible with vpn access. Allow flexibility in schedule and more benefits are needed in order to compensate for the lower salaries.

    Pros

Best colleagues ever! The atmosphere between colleagues was always really great.
    Interesting projects to work on.

    Cons

Pay wasn't great and there was very little opportunity for promotion unless working in the head office.
Decisions from upper management were not communicated well. The adoption of new systems was done without consulting the people on the ground who would actually be using these systems.

I worked at Deluxe Entertainment (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get to see some celebrities.

    Cons

Everybody drags their feet around all day because they are so unhappy with their jobs and extremely poorly treated. Upper management is clueless and overlook all of the real issues to boost their incomes and use their company credit cards for personal trips and expenses while their staff make less than 30K a year.

    Advice to Management

Good people used to work here
