    -Flexible schedules -Great Benefits -Pathways and Keystone Internships -Excellent paid training (on-the-job, annual requirements, and DAWIA certification) -Recommend DCMA for someone starting out or experienced in the acquisition 1102 series career field -If you're a good worker, productive, there is excellent exposure to learning new things

    -If you don't like putting in eight (8) hours of actual work, DCMA is not for you.

    Can be a GS-15 if you know the right people without having any knowledge skills or experience pertaining to the JOA.

    Cons

    Unethical management, cliques, gross incompetence at the management level. Highly advise to find another federal agency to work at at least on the East Coast.

    "Worker bees" can see you for who you are: incompetent.
