    I worked at Debenhams full-time

    Pros

Good rates of pay, good staff discount, hard work is recognized if you put the effort in, good people and flexible shifts.

    Cons

Do not take complaints seriously enough.

    Advice to Management

If someone comes to you with a complaint, about the same person on more than one occasion and feel too threatened to come to work, I would have expected it not to have been swept under the rug. This is the whole reason I left and I loved my job and the people I worked with.
