      Pros

      Working with brides to find their dream gown is a true blessing. The environment is fun and energetic

      Cons

      Management is extremely poor....store manager is terrible. The store manager does not have respect for most stylists and speaks to them as if they are children. Store manage can never find a resolution for questions or concerns employees have but rather they employee themselves must figure it out them selfs....ANY of the other managers would be a better store manager

      Pros

      Great customers and love working with brides. Other csr's and stylists are friendly

      Cons

      Minimum wage pay even when you sell a lot. Poor management. Over booking of clients without enough consultants hired. Stressful work place. No breaks for stylists even after 5 hours. No support. Horrible pay structure.

      Great team to work with. Management usually has your back with customers. Exciting working with brides & bridal parties.

      Can be very stressful during peak appointment hours. Many phone calls with many questions.
