David's Bridal is a great employer. I feel empowered to meet my goals and am rewarded for my efforts. I like the management and staff and I love working with the customers. I enjoy the flexibility that working part time allows me and I love being in my feet all day and not having a desk job.
Cons
The only downside is I haven't had a Saturday or Sunday off since I started, but I haven't asked either and retail is retail.

Can make friends with co workers
Cons
Horrible training program, managers get mad at you when you ask them questions even though you were never properly trained, customers and managers will always blame you if something goes wrong, I was hired for part time but they consistently scheduled me for 40 hour weeks with absolutely no consistency, just overall an incredibly stressful job in an incredibly stressful atmosphere.
