      Pros

Really fun to help people find "The Dress." Staff can be wonderful.

      Cons

Truly I should've known better, it's a corporation, all they care about is whether or not you're selling. They purport to want to "help people" and "cultivate trust" but it's always about the bottom line. Even without the commission model you still have to meet sales goals or there's ~repercussions~. I really liked my ops manager and my sales manager was fine, but the store manager was manic. Once fully took a customers phone out of her hand to "sign her up for diamond loyalty" but first gave the store a 5 star review bc those mean a lot to corporate. Deeply unethical imo. If you really want to help a bride and care about the people, I'd search for a boutique. If you like the competition of selling, you'll fit right in.
