I have been working at Danone North America full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Mission, vision and the fact that they are walking the talk Lots of opportunities in different jobs, or even internationally CEO's strength and engagement Fantastic benefits (Flexible time off, Maternity leave - 6 month!, 401k...) I will add that during COVID the management was outstanding in hearing our needs, letting us stay wherever we were for the length we chose, and if we needed to go back to the office, it was opened to anyone that wished. that flexibility was very helpful!

    Cons

Tend to be a bit disorganized at time and need a few heads to do one job Little bit too much politics that makes you work 3 time as hard to deliver the same thing.

I have been working at Danone North America full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Company acts in a professional manner. Doesn't look to take advantage of people. Seems to take their commitment to social goals seriously, not just about shareholders. I was hired in the middle of the pandemic and while other companys used that as an excuse to low ball, Danone didn't try to take advantage of the situation. Lots of documentation and training already exists. Benefits are the best ive had at any company. They took Covid seriously and encouraged employees to work from home whenever possible. My management is responsive, but not micro managing. Company is stable.

    Cons

Open office environment not ideal, especially in these times.

I have been working at Danone North America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I have worked at two Fortune 500 companies prior to this, and can honestly say that Danone walks the talk. Values driven, human centric, empowering, challenging, and supportive. While we have our challenges and nothing is perfect, I would highly recommend this company. Absolutely love my time here and impact I can have.

    Cons

Like most organizations, we struggle with prioritization. There are ways to overcome this yourself, so I will do my part to prioritize for myself!
