This company is operated by 5 partners with varying personalities, but the common trait of being serious, hardworking, honest engineering professionals doing work to fine quality. Their clients are exceptionally happy..
Cons
Mostly that I don't work there anymore. They could have used a better HR approach in mentoring. Their greatest limitation was in not having a steady pipeline of guys as talented as them coming up through the ranks. In the end, though, seeing the disasters that occur in hiring the wrong people, I respect their commitment to only growing as fast as the quality people are available.
