Lack of transparency from leadership, many shifting product priorities, layoffs common

I joined Cube very excite. With in some months, I learned how it works: bureaucracy, micro-management and opaque leadership decisions/lies (core value is 'transparency') stand in the way. New leadership is worse than old—extremely untrustworthy. I stayed and the more time I did more people said the same thing. I feel like the time I was there was a waste. Came out jaded and unmotivated. I know the job market is bad. But avoid these "leaders" if you can afford to.
