    Pros

Co workers are great, very nice people....nice spending time with them when the opportunity presents it self.
Immediate managers OK, but Senior Managers do not care about you....there care about thier bonus and how much they make.

    Cons

Commission structure unrealistic....they say you will make $90K plus.....but that will not happen. The calculators they use to calculate commission have you losing before you start.
No one will listen or care....they just want to increase rates.

    Pros

Organization has invested in my personal growth and development with professional training in LEAN methodologies and my direct manager continues to invest in my development and career though 1-2-1 coaching and ongoing development.

    Cons

Appears that this site is generally where ex employees go to complain , excusing their lack of performance as to why they are victims of their circumstances, if you are not the best in your field do not join our team we will see you for who you are and you will not last through the probationary period

    Advice to Management

I appreciate your leadership and counsel
