    very good place to work, with work / life balance is somthing they look at as an important

    Cons

    as the company has a small presence here in canada, there is not much growth room within the company. although you can always work for other offices, there is a bigger operation in the US

    favoritism is not sexy!!!

    Employees are an asset. This is not always evident in your HR protocols.

    Pros

    - if you play by the rules and you do not criticize your management, you will do fine in this company
    - overall, good benefits

    Cons

    - being loyal and staying for a couple of years does not increase your salary
    - poor top management
    - compensation is not correlated with your performance

    Advice to Management

    - please get rid of the older managing directors
    - just talking about diversity is not enaugh
