    Good profiles and challenging roles with decent salaries. There were decent benefits too.

    Cons

    Horrible management, inequal opportunities for male and women, women with children are not allowed to excel or perform, lot of politics and pressure. Efficiency and efforts not taken into consideration.

    World class expertise in certain areas, including Leveraged Finance, Financial Sponsors, Equity Capital Markets, Technology and Consumer & Retail,

    Cons

    Very slow moving, bureaucratic and committee oriented at the expense of client responsiveness and relationships. Capital constraints and return thresholds, as well as quality of people relative to other banks make being competitive in certain business lines impossible.
