    Pros

    The benefits are okay. People at head office were easy to deal with.

    Cons

    Poorly run. Not customer service centered.

    Pros

    The people are great! Work, life balance, customer base.

    Cons

    Benefits are not great. No RRSP help from company, pay is not the greatest.

    Good co workers and great team to work with. Mon to Fri job 8 to 4.30

    Cons

    Management is not that great. To much of micro management

    there is no real pros

    Cons

    way to many to list. Low wages for the industry, you will be forced to lie to customers to cover for there cheapness, you will be told to forget all safety rules etc when the project budget gets low. you will be the reason the company is not making money on under quoted projects. your family is nothing, you will be in the Creative Cult, and your family is irelevent
