Cons
High turn over in admin roles. Upper management is mainly concerned with their image to clients and not about the bottom level employees who do all the work to keep everything running. Other employees often looked stressed out, constantly going out for a walk. Upper management think interns and production assistants are slaves, sending them out to wash cars, take dogs for walks and vet visits, taking kids to basketball games (that's a personal assistant, not a PA or intern). Almost no upward movement. I witnessed upper management low ball job candidates on salaries. Even the outsourced janitors warned about how management operates. Often felt bad for receptionists and assistants as none seemed to be happy and those that upper management wanted to accept permanent jobs were 100% not interested. Other employees often rolled their eyes when it was mentioned a request came from upper management and with a high turn over rate, it's not the admin employees.
