Busy, stressful and low pay compared to industry standard

      Pros

It’s a good place to start your career as you get lots of exposure. Lots of opportunity to move within the organization.

      Cons

Low pay for the amount of work the adjusters do. Not enough support. Taking time off is stressful because you come back to a lot of overdue work and aren’t provided much time to catch up before being given new work.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Little or no advantages. Only a small amount of money not slightly enough for the amount of work they ask.

      Cons

Really weird working hours that are always changing do you can’t have a steady life since your working hours are never the same each week. Low pay for the work load No real motiviation tools put in place Everything you do is timed and monitored (even bathroom breaks) You will get a lot of new tasks, but your pay will always be the same. Your opinion will always be seen as useless.

      Management extremely unprofessional

      Pros

None; other than maybe a struggling and mismanaged IT department that had developed proprietary internal claims software that is outdated and poorly written

      Cons

Low pay, Sweat shop, no loyalty. Company has frequent layoffs, hiring freezes, also no pay raises. Upper and middle management enjoys the bonus money and promotions while nothing but scraps for workers. Now jobs are being taken to overseas
