      Pros

      All contract, no benefits.
      Poor management and no chance for advancement.
      Expected to work the weekend and after hours as that is when they et the highest volume of work.
      No raises.
      High turnover.

      Cons

      Great for students due to the after hour shifts and you can pick as many shifts as you would like.
      Great people to work with.

      Not many- benefits are pretty good

      Cons

      They assign more work then can realistically be completed, they don't manage workload and expect you to solve every problem surrounding the fact that they don't have enough employees to deal with the workload they take on.

      Advice to Management

      Figure out how to monitor the amount of work you've given to one person to complete and don't over assign tasks in hopes that if the employee always feel they are drowning will continually try to paddle faster to make it thinking you're going to get more work out of them in the end. That's not how the human mind works and is not a productive approach.

      Management is terrible. Tell you one thing then do the other and look down on you for doing things they've trained.

      Confusing .. unperofessional .. everyone talks about how much they hate it here
