      Great place to grow!

      Pros

Managers really take the time to train new employees, especially those starting in their careers or those who are trying to switch into a new field. They hire smart, capable employees that they completely trust to handle projects, and managers wants you to succeed for your own benefit. Good benefits, good insurance and I appreciate the transparency with the company.

      Cons

Crawford is going through a period of change and sometimes that can be a rough transition for employees that have been here for years.

      Pros

All job positions are completely remote. You can choose your availability.

      Cons

OT was recently taken away from PT employees. PT employees have no benefits. Constantly asked to work more but work is unappreciated. No room for growth. If you are offered another job, you may be returned to the call center. Management is constantly in meetings. Team leaders are incompetent of answering questions Requires working all weekends

Good position to get experience, but not for a career

Aug 9, 2021 - Call Centre Team Leader in Waterloo, ON

      Business Outlook

      Pros

This position definitely opens you to a lot of different management scenarios, scheduling discussions, coaching and development discussions and a lot of insight into insurance.

      Cons

At most times it feels like management doesn't have your back, and you can be expected to manage an unrealistic workload. Not the best position for someone who wants an even work-life balance.

Good for while you're in school

      Pros

Flexible schedule options so it's a good option if you are a student or have other commitments

      Cons

Poor management style and structure leaves you with a large workload. It's also hard to get promoted unless you are in with the right crowd (very high school, I know).
