    Pros

    None. This is a ridiculously horrible company.

    Cons

    The cover picture is hilarious because it demonstrates just how cheap this company is. I went to this event last year. It occurred on a Saturday rather than a work day when it should have been scheduled. It started at 7:30 am on Saturday; the only food they offered for breakfast was an apple! Incredibly cheap. Beyond that, however, the company's cheapness is evident in every aspect of its business. There's a... mass migration of US jobs to Manila/India employees who are paid 20% of what a US employee is paid. Huge morale killer in operations and in IT areas. Senior executives are narcissistic, sociopathic or both. None of them can be trusted to act in employees' best interests. Just a horrible, horrible culture and environment. Glad I left.

    Pros

    Open to innovating designs. Crawford cares about the growth of their employees careers. This Company inspires each employee to participate in team work and collaboration amongst teams and divisions. Crawford provides the proper platforms to allow an individual to learn and expand their knowledge.

    Cons

    Budget constraints can cause delays in new innovating methods that may not have as high as a ROI than expected. Certain Business divisions prefer to not change by implementing new innovations as it can cause disruption and require more training hours.

    Advice to Management

    Change is good if properly planned and executed. Making rash decisions just for change can cause disruption in production. All aspects should be considered before major decisions are made. The lowest cost method is not always the best route to follow.

    I have been working at Crawford & Company full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Flexible schedule and I am mostly left alone to do my work without being micro managed. The other employees are nice people for the most part.

    Cons

    No raises, no bonuses, no promotions! Benefits are horrible. HR locked behind closed doors. Management is clueless and all you get is lip service and zero respect.
