Has Good Clinical Operations Teams.

Less qualified QA &C senior management who micro manages and : never quite satisfied with deliverables. often feel frustrated because they would’ve gone about the task differently. laser in on the details and take great pride and /or pain in making corrections. constantly want to know where all team members are and what they’re working on. ask for frequent updates on where things stand although an update was given a few days / hours ago prefer to be cc’d on emails even if they are not relevant

Still looking for it. PTO is good.
Cons
Management frequently understaffs projects and holds us to unrealistic billable hours. They ask you to lie about billable hours. Extremely high turnover due to burn out. Health insurance is of the lowest tier with high deductibles. Favoritism Discrimination Hypocrisy They use you as much as they can. Everything is an emergency.
