    Pros

Free lunch (albeit, terrible lunch). Free snacks. Free beverages. Somewhat flexible work hours, unless you're in sales, people don't seem to show up to work until 10AM or so and probably leave around 3pm. Pet friendly. Leader in digital coupon space with lots of retailer partnerships and expansive network.

    Cons

Free food is a nice perk IF you get any. Company was becoming stingy and ordering less portions despite more headcount. Aloof upper management that is severely out of touch with the company solutions and hurdles. They expect you to sell sell sell products that just don't perform. Old school products and platforms, hard to be innovative in this space. No career trajectory here and high turnover. The company is clearly going through growing pains after becoming public, but at the expense of the staff.

    Pros

    Free catered lunch and snacks.

    Cons

High turnover, contract-to-fulltime promises are rarely fulfilled, lack of career development, higher ups are overpaid and don't care about your wellbeing (which also leads to high turnover in both lower and higher positions), cubicles. The company is still structured with lots of politics and hierarchy but tries to be "new Silicon Valley."

I have been working at Coupons.com full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of perks like other hi-tech companies like free shuttle, free lunch, etc. Generally everyone is very friendly and social.

    Cons

There is no career development for many employees. They don't value loyalty. Company does not encourage to hire within. Upper management turns a blind eye to the high turnover rate. People get let go and there are no announcements

    Pros

Many friendly, nice, competent employees. The company is on the cutting edge for digital coupons. Good website. Market growth has been strong. Good location for commuters.

    Cons

Top management seems to have little regard for employee future in the company. Top management, and HR, has little regard for inter-departmental issues. High turnover. Also, some department hiring practices are very racially biased.

    Pros

Free lunch & drinks Free parking

    Cons

Sr. Management cares only about revenues and could care less about culture and employee morale making the environment prone to high turnover, functional silos, politics, and bad behavior. Unfortunately, some of the "valued" employees are young and impressionable giving way to high school type behaviors that would never be condoned as professional or simple human courtesy. There is a complete lack of communication or any transparency from Sr. management and they like it that way. Politics is extremely prevalent between the departments and often times you find yourself fighting against one another to get anything accomplished. This is not a "start-up" mentality here as it's been around for 10+years so there is a lot of dead wood walking around who are against any change (like management). Overall, it's not a good place to be for a long time or even at all. Don't be lured by the glamour of equity since it's obvious management wants to keep it just the way it is.
