    nice free lunches and generally speaking the compensation and benefits are fair

    Cons

    terrible leadership, no communication about vision and strategy, no teamwork, most leaders are walking around afraid that they will lose their job so therefore they do nothing to standup to the top executives, place is a continual revolving door

    Free lunch catered everyday, flexible hours/work from home, unlimited vacation.

    Cons

    New product roll outs and system updates are not always very smooth.

    Great pay, work life balance, great benefitS. Coupons.com really cares about their employees. Huge focus on innovation and quality. Lots of training opportunities for employees.

    Cons

    Keeping and building good relationships between Mountain View and Cincinnati can be tough at times. Ensure to keep up the effort to integrate the two locations.

    The culture at Coupons.com is very supportive and always moving in the right direction, towards one main goal that is shared throughout the Company.

    Cons

    This is an extremely fast paced company, if you cannot be fluid or pace similarly, you will feel left behind.

    I have been working at Coupons.com full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Food - ALL FREE - varied daily lunch, free food truck days, perk days with ice cream and cotton candy, office perks like cereal, popsicles. Culture - relaxed, collaborative, regular tournaments & team outings. Fun holiday related competitions. People mostly nice, some a little snobby, no one is mean. Work - good balance, I don't feel overly stressed, management placed goals are attainable. Yearly goals are clearly stated, lots of upward mobility potential. Rarely have to work on the nights or weekends.

    Cons

    It's not as cool sounding as other Silicon Valley companies.
