      Pros

Flexible hours, easy job, steady work hours.

      Cons

Rude customers, terrible upper management who only care what I can do for them, No emphasis on retaining employees thinking all employees are replaceable. Forced to do the jobs of 3 people to make things work while not being able to fire bad employees who refuse to do more than the bare minimum. Pay is very underwhelming for 40+ hours a week.

Revolving door of coworkers because so many are high school and college age. Hard to get scheduled for a lot of hours if you really need the money.

      Pros

The people were wonderful, my direct managers were wonderful. Easy work flow, although some of the paperwork is hard to learn.

      Cons

The pay is absolutely awful. The corporate management is awful. All they care about is money, they don't care about their employees whatsoever. They constantly decrease hours, constantly micromanage the operations of Office Managers, and they seem to like making examples of people when mistakes are made.
