Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad that our compensation model and the job itself was to your liking when you worked with us, however we're sorry to hear that your experience left you with the impression that we don't care for our employees. We have taken great strides toward improving the working environment in each office. We recently went green, opened up opportunities for employees to submit art proposals to decorate their respective office as well as IT internships. We have started working on ways to provide extra recognition for those with excellent quality or who go above and beyond. Each office has started having events and office activities on a more regular basis. We also now offer benefit packages to employees who work full-time for at least a year.
