Pros
- A flexible and agile company mentality means improving yourself very quickly and often - Ability and necessity to learn new disciplines, which make the job very diverse and fun - An informal and flat organisational culture make for a friendly atmosphere - The easily accessible office location is also worth noting
Cons
- You will not be able to focus on just a single discipline, since agile means being multidisciplinary within a team
Hi there, thanks a lot for your 5 star rating! Good to hear that you are learning a lot because of our agile approach!

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Coolblue full-time for more than a year
Pros
Enthousiastic and young co-workers (average age 27). Great thematic meeting rooms. A lot of room to learn and improve your skills. People share and listen to each others opinions when solving problems together (juniors and seniors alike) As a UX Designer you work in the development team, so you can immediately build what you design.
Cons
It can be a bit chaotic at times, therefore you need to be flexible. Extra hours are not paid, unless it is planned and approved in advance.
