Pros
Control Microsystems (CMI) would be a good place to work for a new grad, or an older employee with SCADA systems experience looking for an improvement in work/life balance. The company has Mom and Pop roots which gives it something of a family feel with many long time employees, while being part of a larger multi-national organization (SCADAGroup). The amount of overtime typically required to complete projects is relatively minimal and there's a profit sharing plan paid out monthly which has proven to be quite popular.
Cons
The possibility of advancement in your career within CMI is limited by it's small size and entrenched employees. The product development process within CMI is relatively immature.
