    A lot of employees are hired with little or no experience in the field and trained on the job. This works for some, but not good for everybody.

    Working in design I have learned a lot from my colleagues. The office is a pleasant environment and what is nice is that it is accommodating to people from different backgrounds.

    There was one employee who I didn't get along with but that employee left so all is good.

    I worked at Computer Methods International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    there is practically nothing that would recommend this company.

    Cons

    - very old technology
    - coworkers that are working there for many years are rude and not willing to accept new employees. it is definitely not friendly work environment. I guess they do that to protect their positions.

    *Very low salaried
    * Bad/conservative management
    * No opportunity for promotions
    *Badly developed product as the employees are cheap workforce

    I have been working at Computer Methods International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The company is willing to hire just about anyone with a shred of technical aptitude, and will keep rewarding as long as you're willing to put in the time.

    Cons

    The company's recent rapid growth has meant that organizational structure shifting needs to happen, but has not happened effectively yet. Lack of a clear reporting structure, next to no official training for onboarding, kind of a "sink or swim mentality", software riddled with bugs.

    I worked at Computer Methods International full-time

    Pros

    Coworkers are great, you'll have ample time to learn and ERP software and will be able to work with some one the largest construction clients within the construction industry

    Cons

    Management and department Managers are in their own world. Do not have communication within departments. Do NOT expect to get a lot of training or help with advancing your career here. The company was found in the 1970's and the mentality has stayed there

    Advice to Management

    Look to improve working conditions for employees.
