1. Worst culture. First of all there’s no proper culture. - HR team does nothing for this. 2. Too much of workload. People on an average are working 12 hrs in a day. There’s no work life balance. 3. Senior management (CXO level) is not at all good except one or two. 4. No empathy on their employees. No employee benefits. Not a place to work or look for in terms of when the employment is concerned. 5. Less values, ethics, and morals.

1. No technical skills addition. 2. Full of politics. 3. No training and guidance and support given. 4. Management is least concerned about employees. 5. People are having to work for 12-15 hours because of unrealistic timelines and lack of support. 6. Zero work life balance, due to such pathetic environment, one has to work on holidays too. 7. Bad mentors, themselves not aware of process to guide the trainees but would expect loads of work to be completed within time. 8. Rude managers and no empathy for employees health and interests. Too stressful environment. 9. High attrition rate. 10. Understaffed and overworked employees. 11. Less/no appraisals. 12. HR Management is pathetic. 13. No standard product management practices. 14. Such skewed diversity. One won't feel included and motivated to work in such environment.
