      Family owned, family run, family can do no wrong..."Madmen" mentality, women have their place.

      learning bus and diesel repair,good place to learn a trade,can be steady work.hourly employees are great to work with.get to travel around the country to different job locations.

      Cons

      management could care less about their employees.always using threats and intimidation.Raises can be good if they like you at the time.

      Pros

      Employees are friendly and office administrators tries really hard to support their managers.

      Cons

      Company is very outdated with all their systems from accounting to hr. The company has no motivation to better there relationship with their non-exempt employees because this family owned business is obvious showing who their favorite employees are . No background check is done so, they hire any and all from sex to violate offenders. Management has a bad habit of belittling their employees and gossiping to other managers.
