Pros
- competitive wage. - strong support from dispatcher.
Cons
- Unethical owner that charges its client multiple time for their own mistakes. (Complaints from multiple client, almost all client). - Inadequate knowledge and skill in current business. - Extremely poor attitude and treatment towards employee. - Always rushing their installers to finish up project and cutting corners (pictures as evidence). - Unethical charges on service side while they rushed their installer to do shortcuts. - manipulative towards their client in replacement/installation where it did not need. - Poor reputation with RSL supplier. - Uneducated owner in general knowledge regarding a federal holiday or provisional holiday. - Upfront personal expenses and reimbursement after. - 40 hours per week and over consider overtime pay.
