There horrible you will be treated like a number you don’t matter to them no matter what they tell you

Couldn’t get 40hrs a week consistently, missed budget like three months in a row because they failed to bring in enough work. So the managers plan to fix the problem isn’t to find more work it’s to hire another tech so the short hours we were getting was cut in half and the store still can’t make budget Geez I wonder why maybe hire two more techs but I doubt that would work either.
