I worked at Cold Stone Creamery full-time for less than a year

    Pros

small shop and you get to smell like icecream and waffle cones when you get off work. Much better than other fast food places where you smell like fries

    Cons

the amount of customization in the order can lead to very picky and demanding customers.

I worked at Cold Stone Creamery part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Faced pace, interactive, free ice cream/family discount

    Cons

Terrible management; they expected perfection but didn't provide adequate training on how to achieve it. No communication other than being yelled at and put down. They expect a crew of teenagers, no more than 3, to run the store with no supervision to perfection. $2 below minimum wage pay plus tips, and tips were not split evenly among crew. Crew leader got most of the tips. 1 hour meetings that you are not paid for. If you don't make the manager happy, you will be removed from schedule with no warning or communication as to why

I worked at Cold Stone Creamery part-time for less than a year

    Pros

All the coworkers were cool and it was fun to try the ice cream flavors

    Cons

Salary was tip based and no one ever tipped because who tips for a $6 dollar ice cream. The costumers were rude and didn't understand why they had to wait so long if there was a long line

I worked at Cold Stone Creamery part-time

    Pros

Cold Stone offers an ice cream experience that you can't get anywhere else, it's unique and it's enjoyable. Plus there's no better feeling than giving ice cream to an excited kid who just got an A on a test, things like that make the job worth it.

    Cons

You have to sing whenever someone tips, it's kind of degrading sometimes.
