- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
-working to become regulated -great place to work -lots of seasoned professionals -competitive salary

-hardly any perks relative to its peers -can be unorganized -hard to differentiate product from its peers
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
If you have a good manager, you'll have a good time Free lunch every Tuesday/Wednesday
Cons
Management is all boomers, they lack any substantial vision for the company. Its fairly clear that some execs are just there for the money, they don't really care much for their employees.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
- When I joined was the people, very helpful, and a team with good collaboration - A minimal roadmap for the next months - The old CTO (Saimon) was close to the dev team (for the first months, later the CTO changed and all started to fall apart)
Cons
- Not so good salary - Hard to get salary raise - Lack of process in every step (product management, leadership, team management) - New CEO (not Stacey Hoisak, Stacye was great!) and CTO were very poor to lead the company, so far away from everyone - The culture of the one who screams louder gets the things done first - Multiple projects to run in parallel with insane deadlines - Tons of people left the company last year and they just hire contractors for a short period of time

pay your people fairly, and get competent individuals in charge
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros

Cons
Almost everything Pretentious Arrogant Need to play office politics, it's the hunger games!
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Lots of promotions, new leadership, good people Good place to learn
Cons
A lot of work and ideas
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Great colleagues, on boarding allows you to understand all areas of the company
Cons
Certain times of the month can be hectic
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Team mates are great but the WFH conditions were bad.
Cons
Bad leadership, no clear direction. A lot of smoke and mirror.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
They had snacks in the office. That was nice.
Cons
The entire company is mismanaged. They can’t figure out a single direction they want to go. Management pretends to listen to staff, but don’t do anything about employee dissatisfaction. Huge problem with ego and “bro culture”. All the departments are silo’d. Even those that you would think would work together can’t figure out how to get on the same page. Unity is important and CS missed the mark by a mile. What a waste.
