Amazing employees, amateur leadership

Pros

Great mission, nice colleagues, very rewarding helping people find a new career

Cons

Codeworks has no leadership in the normal sense. The CEO is on a forever vacation and the guy in charge is much more passionate about being in charge than doing the work of a leader. Although he is very inexperienced (I think is his first management job???) so it's not his fault maybe. All decisions are top-down, everything takes 10x longer as needed, theres no culture except the friendship between colleagues. Management knows this but refuse to (or can't?) change anything. They will read this and be much more interested in who posted it, and how do they get it removed, than fixing any of the problems. At a top level, the bootcamp market hype is over and there is little possibilities for growth or investment without big changes, which are impossible.
